Questions pharmacies ask

Who can open a store on Clinic Hub?
Any licensed community pharmacy or pharmacy chain. We verify the pharmacy license and commercial registration before your store goes live.
How do prescription medicines work?
Products you mark as prescription-only can be added to the cart, but every such order arrives with a Clinic Hub e-prescription or an uploaded photo. Your pharmacist approves or rejects it before the order is confirmed.
Who delivers the orders?
You do — with your own drivers or courier. You decide where you deliver, the fee, the free-delivery threshold and the estimated time. Pickup from your branches is available too.
How and when do I get paid?
Card payments are captured by Clinic Hub and credited to your pharmacy wallet after the platform commission; payouts follow your settlement schedule. Cash orders are collected by you and reconciled in your finance reports.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Owners, managers, pharmacists and staff each get the permissions they need, per branch.
