1. The service

Clinic Hub is a marketplace that connects patients with independent healthcare providers. Providers are responsible for the care they deliver; Clinic Hub provides the booking, payment and record-keeping tools.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Accounts for minors are managed by a parent or guardian through family profiles.

3. Bookings, payments and cancellations

A booking is confirmed when payment is captured or the provider accepts a cash booking. Fees, taxes and discounts are shown before confirmation. Cancellation and refund rules are displayed on each provider's profile and at checkout and form part of these terms.

4. No-shows and late arrivals

Providers may mark a booking as no-show 15 minutes after the scheduled start. No-show bookings may not be refundable.

5. Reviews

Only patients with a completed appointment may review it. Reviews must be honest and respectful; we moderate for abuse and remove content that violates these rules.

6. Provider obligations

Providers warrant that their licences are valid and that information on their profile is accurate. Clinic Hub may suspend profiles pending verification.

7. Liability

Clinic Hub is not liable for clinical decisions made by providers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the booking is made.
